Windows file extensions end with .exe as executable file and image file extention is .iso but in Mac image file is stored ad DMG file you can access these files in windows operating system by extracting them.
2. Now locate the file location and right click on it.
3. Click on Extract files.
It will take few minutes depend according to the size of the file, once extracted you can browse the files and make use of it.
Sometimes Windows don’t read the file so for that you can’t access these file because program is not supported in windows operating system.
